DESCRIPTION

The 2089-300-BLF is a high-voltage mini 2-electrode gas discharge tube designed for surge protection in industrial, telecommunications, and consumer electronics applications. It features a compact 5.5 mm diameter and 6 mm length axial-leaded design with a DC sparkover voltage of 3000 V (±20% @ 100 V/s) and impulse sparkover ratings up to 4000 V at 1000 V/µs. The device offers high insulation resistance exceeding 1 GO, low capacitance below 1.5 pF, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. With its ability to handle impulse discharge currents of 3000 A (8/20 µs) for single operations and 1500 A for up to 10 operations, combined with RoHS compliance and UL recognition, this component provides robust overvoltage protection for sensitive electronic equipment.
