DESCRIPTION

The 3005P-1-202 is a 3/4" rectangular sealed multiturn wirewound trimming potentiometer designed for industrial applications requiring precision resistance adjustment. It features a standard resistance range of 10 to 50 kO with ±10% tolerance, 20 turns of nominal adjustment travel, and a maximum noise specification of 100 ohms ENR. The device is sealed to prevent contamination from fluxing, soldering, and cleaning processes, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -65°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of ±50 ppm/°C. With a power rating of 1 watt at 70°C, insulation resistance of 100 megohms at 500 VDC, and dielectric strength of 1,000 VAC at sea level, this potentiometer is well-suited for precision instrumentation, signal conditioning, and calibration applications where environmental sealing and long-term stability are essential.
