DESCRIPTION
The 3005P-1-203 is a 3/4" rectangular Trimpol® trimming potentiometer designed for precision adjustment in industrial applications. This sealed multiturn wirewound device features a standard resistance of 20,000 ohms with ±10% tolerance and a nominal resolution of 0.2%, providing fine adjustment capability across 20 turns of mechanical rotation. The potentiometer operates over a temperature range of -65°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of ±50 ppm/°C, and is sealed to prevent contamination from fluxing, soldering, and cleaning processes. With a power rating of 1 watt at 70°C, insulation resistance of 100 megohms at 500 VDC, and dielectric strength of 1,000 VAC at sea level, this component is ideal for precision trimming applications in test equipment, instrumentation, and industrial control systems where reliability and environmental protection are essential.
