DESCRIPTION
The 3059Y-1-100LF is a sealed multiturn cermet trimming potentiometer (Trimpot®) designed for precision adjustment in industrial applications. It features a 1-1/4" rectangular form factor with 22 turns nominal effective travel, 100 ohms resistance with ±10% tolerance, and infinite resolution for fine voltage and resistance adjustability (±0.01% voltage, ±0.05% resistance). The device is rated for 1.0 watt at 70 °C with a maximum operating voltage of 400 volts, operates across -55 °C to +150 °C, and provides 1000 MO minimum insulation resistance at 500 VDC with 900 VAC dielectric strength at sea level. It features solderable flexible leads (7 strands of 30 AWG, 152.4 mm minimum length), 100% tin-plated RoHS-compliant termination, and is sealed to MIL-PRF-22097 specifications. Common applications include circuit calibration, gain adjustment, and precision tuning in test equipment, industrial controls, and sealed electronic assemblies.
