DESCRIPTION

The 3214W-1-223E is a 5-turn Trimpot® trimming potentiometer featuring a 4 mm square surface-mount design with top-adjust configuration and sealed cermet construction for industrial applications. It offers a resistance range from 10 ohms to 2 megohms with ±10% standard tolerance, essentially infinite resolution, and is sealed to withstand board wash processing. The device operates over a temperature range of -65°C to +150°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C, and provides a power rating of 0.25 watts at 85°C. Its halogen-free construction, RoHS compliance, and robust mechanical design with 180 g-cm maximum torque make it suitable for precision circuit tuning in industrial control systems, instrumentation, and consumer electronics requiring reliable field adjustment.
