DESCRIPTION

The 3224G-1-104E is a 4 mm SMD Trimpot® trimming potentiometer designed for surface-mount applications requiring sealed, industrial-grade performance. This multiturn cermet trimmer features a 100 kO resistance value (code 104), 12-turn adjustment angle, and low contact resistance variation of 1% or 3 ohms maximum, with an essentially infinite resolution for precise tuning. The device operates across a wide temperature range of -65°C to +150°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C, and is sealed to withstand board wash processing with halogen-free construction meeting RoHS compliance. The 3224G side-adjust style with 0.6 mm wide × 0.5 mm deep adjustment slot and 1.5 mm diameter adjustment tool (H-91) makes it ideal for automated pick-and-place assembly and applications requiring reliable, sealed trimming in harsh industrial environments.
