DESCRIPTION

The 3314G-1-105E is a 4 mm square Trimpot® trimming potentiometer manufactured by Bourns, designed for industrial sealed surface-mount applications with a resistance value of 1 MO. This single-turn cermet trimmer features a 210° adjustment angle with infinite resolution and is compatible with popular vacuum pick-and-place manufacturing equipment, meeting EIA/EIAJ/IPC/VECI SMD standards. The device exhibits a rotational life of 100 cycles with ±3% tracking resistance stability (TRS), end resistance of 1% or 2 ohms maximum, and a maximum torque of 180 g-cm with a minimum stop strength of 300 g-cm. The 3314G-1-105E is RoHS compliant, AEC-Q200 Grade 1 qualified, and features a gull-wing pin configuration suitable for automated assembly processes. Its compact 4.50 mm × 2.55 mm footprint and sealed construction make it ideal for precision trimming applications in industrial equipment, telecommunications, and consumer electronics requiring reliable long-term performance.
