DESCRIPTION

The 3314G-1-253E is a 4 mm square Trimpot® trimming potentiometer designed for surface-mount applications in industrial sealed environments. This single-turn cermet trimmer features a resistance value of 25 kO (code 253E), with a standard resistance tolerance of ±20%, infinite resolution, and end resistance of 1% or 2 ohms maximum. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 PPM/°C, and is rated for 0.25 watts at 70°C and 0 watts at 125°C (maximum 300 volts for Style G). It exhibits excellent environmental performance with 100 megoohms minimum insulation resistance at 500 VDC, 500 VAC dielectric strength, and passes rigorous testing including 20 G vibration, 100 G shock, and thermal shock cycling. The G-style configuration with gull-wing pins and adjustment angle of 210° nominal makes it compatible with popular vacuum pick-and-place equipment and surface-mount manufacturing processes, ideal for precision calibration and tuning applications in industrial electronics.
