DESCRIPTION

The 3386F-1-501LF is a 3/8" square single-turn cermet trimming potentiometer manufactured by Bourns, featuring a 500 ohm resistance value with top-adjust (F-style) configuration and RoHS-compliant 100% tin-plated terminations. This industrial-grade component offers a resistance tolerance of ±10% standard, contact resistance variation of 2% or 3 ohms maximum, and an adjustment angle of 280° nominal with infinite resolution. The potentiometer delivers high reliability with a dielectric strength of 900 VAC at sea level, insulation resistance of 1,000 megohms minimum at 500 VDC, and mechanical specifications including a maximum torque of 5.0 oz-in and stop strength of 15.0 oz-in minimum. Typical applications include precision voltage dividers, signal conditioning circuits, and industrial control systems where sealed, adjustable resistance is required in compact form factors.
