DESCRIPTION
The 3540S-91-103L is a precision wirewound potentiometer designed for high-accuracy control and measurement applications. It features a 10 kO resistance value with ±5% tolerance, independent linearity of ±0.25%, and an effective electrical angle of 3600° +10°, -0°. The potentiometer incorporates an optional anti-rotation lug (-91 designation) for secure panel mounting, with a bushing mount configuration and gold-plated solder lug terminals. Mechanical specifications include a stop strength of 53 N-cm minimum, starting and running torque of 0.49 N-cm at +25°C and 1.76 N-cm at -40°C, and shaft runout of 0.08 mm T.I.R. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of ±50 ppm/°C, and is rated for 1,000,000 shaft revolutions with ±5% maximum resistance shift.
