DESCRIPTION

The 4114R-2-104 is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring a 14-pin bussed configuration with 13 resistors and a common pin 14. This component supports resistance values from 10 ohms to 10 megohms with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The device offers improved tolerance options up to ±0.5%, a power rating of 2.00 watts at 70°C, and features a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (50 O to 2.2 MO) with TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C maximum for equal values. The resistor network is RoHS compliant, compatible with automatic insertion equipment, and features superior package integrity with a molded novolac epoxy body and copper solder-coated lead frame. Common applications include DRAM circuits, R/2R ladder networks, SCSI termination, and dual terminator resistor networks in precision signal processing and data acquisition systems.
