DESCRIPTION

4116R-1-154 is a thick film molded DIP resistor network featuring 8 isolated 150 kO resistors in a 16-pin package. It offers a resistance tolerance of ±2% for values from 50 ohms to 5 megohms, with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C for the 50 O to 2.2 MO range. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and provides a power rating of 0.250 watt per resistor at 70°C, with a total package power rating of 2.25 watts. Physical characteristics include a UL94V-0 flammability rating, copper solder-coated lead frame, and novolac epoxy body material. This resistor network is compatible with automatic insertion equipment and is ideal for DRAM applications, SCSI applications, and other circuits requiring multiple isolated resistors in a compact DIP package.
