DESCRIPTION

The 4116R-1-293LF is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, designed as an isolated resistor configuration with 8 individual resistors in a 16-pin package. This component features a resistance range from 10 ohms to 10 megohms with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The device incorporates a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50 O to 2.2 MO and ±250 ppm/°C for values below 50 O or above 2.2 MO, with TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C maximum for equal values. The package provides superior integrity with a novolac epoxy body, copper solder-coated lead frame, and meets UL94V-0 flammability standards. With a power rating of 2.25 watts at 70°C and RoHS-compliant tin-plated termination (LF suffix), this component is ideal for automatic insertion equipment and applications requiring precision resistor networks such as DRAM, SCSI, and R/2R ladder network implementations.
