DESCRIPTION

The 4116R-1-330LF is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors with a resistance value of 330 ohms. This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO range) and a maximum operating voltage of 100 V. The device is RoHS compliant with tin-plated terminations (LF suffix), offers superior package integrity, and is compatible with automatic insertion equipment. With a package power rating of 2.25 watts at 70°C and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 200 VRMS, this resistor network is well-suited for applications including DRAM circuits, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks where reliable, compact resistor integration is required.
