The 4116R-1-561LF is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors with a resistance value of 560 ohms. This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C, and supports a maximum operating voltage of 100 V. The device is rated for 2.25 watts at 70°C and includes tin-plated RoHS-compliant termination (LF suffix), making it suitable for automatic insertion equipment and applications requiring environmental compliance. With superior package integrity, a dielectric withstanding voltage of 200 VRMS, and insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum, this resistor network is ideal for DRAM applications, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks where reliable, compact resistor integration is required.
