DESCRIPTION

The 4116R-2-181LF is a bussed resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 15 resistors with a common pin (Pin 16) in a thick film molded DIP package. This model is configured with two circuits and provides 180 ohms resistance per element with ±2% tolerance, tin-plated (RoHS compliant) termination. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and delivers 2.25 watts power rating at 70°C. It features superior package integrity, is compatible with automatic insertion equipment, and meets MIL-STD-202 Method 208 lead solderability requirements. Common applications include DRAM termination, dual terminator networks, R/2R ladder networks, and SCSI applications where precision resistor arrays are required.
