DESCRIPTION
The 4306R-101-104 is a thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring a bussed electrical configuration with 6 pins and low-profile design. This component incorporates 5 thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between a separate pin and a common bus line, with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and a power rating of 0.75 watts at 70°C. The resistor network supports a resistance range from 10 ohms to 10 megohms with temperature coefficient of resistance ranging from ±100 ppm/°C (50 O to 2.2 MO) to ±250 ppm/°C (below 50 O or above 2.2 MO), and offers improved tolerance options up to ±0.5%. The device is constructed with a copper solder-coated lead frame and novolac epoxy body, conforming to UL94V-0 flammability standards, and is compatible with automatic insertion equipment and DIP packages. Common applications include DRAM termination, SCSI bus termination, and R/2R ladder networks in precision signal conditioning and data acquisition systems.
