DESCRIPTION
The 4306R-101-202 is a 6-pin thick film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring a bussed electrical configuration where resistors are connected between a common pin and individual pins. This low-profile design provides compatibility with DIPs and is compatible with automatic insertion equipment, offering superior package integrity. The device supports resistance values from 10 ohms to 10 megohms with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (50 O to 2.2 megohms) or ±250 ppm/°C (below 50 O or above 2.2 megohms). With a power rating of 0.75 watts at 70°C per package and individual resistor power rating of 0.20 watts, the 4306R-101-202 is ideal for applications requiring precision resistor networks such as DRAM termination, SCSI applications, and R/2R ladder networks.
