DESCRIPTION

The 4306R-101-472LF is a thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network from Bourns' 4300R Series, featuring a 6-pin bussed configuration with 4.7 kO resistance value and ±2% tolerance. This low-profile component incorporates five thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between a separate pin and a common bus line, with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C. The device is rated for 0.30 watts per resistor at 70°C and features superior package integrity with RoHS-compliant tin-plated terminations. It is compatible with automatic insertion equipment and meets MIL-STD-202 environmental test requirements including short-time overload (±0.25%), load life (±1.00%), and moisture resistance (±0.50%). Common applications include DRAM termination, SCSI bus termination, and R/2R ladder networks in digital and analog circuits.
