DESCRIPTION
The 4306R-102-223LF is a 6-pin thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring isolated resistor configuration with a resistance value of 22 kO and ±2% tolerance. This component incorporates three isolated thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between two pins, with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and a package power rating of 0.75 watts at 70°C. The resistors exhibit a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C (for values above 2.2 megaohms) and TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C, with power derating from +70°C to +125°C. The device features RoHS-compliant tin-plated termination, low-profile design compatible with automatic insertion equipment, superior package integrity, and meets MIL-STD-202 environmental test requirements including short-time overload (±0.25%), load life (±1.00%), and moisture resistance (±0.50%).
