DESCRIPTION
The 4308H-102-101 is an 8-pin isolated thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network from Bourns' 4300H Series, featuring 4 isolated resistors of equal value with each resistor connected between two separate pins. This high-profile design offers increased power handling capability of 1.60 watts at 70°C with improved tolerance to ±0.5%, and supports resistance values ranging from 10 ohms to 10 megohms with temperature coefficients of ±100 ppm/°C (50 O to 2.2 MO) or ±250 ppm/°C (below 50 O or above 2.2 MO). The device features superior package integrity, is compatible with automatic insertion equipment, and meets MIL-STD-202 environmental testing standards including load life (±1.00%), moisture resistance (±0.50%), and thermal shock (±0.25%). Common applications include SCSI termination, DRAM applications, and R/2R ladder networks where isolated resistor networks provide reliable impedance matching and signal conditioning in electronic systems.
