The 4308H-102-153LF is an 8-pin isolated thick-film molded SIP resistor network from Bourns' 4300H Series, featuring 4 isolated resistors of equal value with a resistance of 15 kO (code 153). Each resistor is independently connected between two pins, providing complete electrical isolation. The device operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO range), and delivers 0.30 watts per resistor at 70°C ambient temperature. The package incorporates high-profile thick-film construction for improved power handling, superior package integrity, and compatibility with automatic insertion equipment.
