The 4308R-101-122LF is an 8-pin thick film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring a bussed electrical configuration (101 circuit) with a resistance value of 1.2 kO and ±2% tolerance. This low-profile component incorporates multiple thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between a separate pin and a common bus line, providing a compact solution for applications requiring matched resistor networks. The device operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C, and delivers 1.00 watt power rating at 70°C with derating to zero power from +70°C to +125°C. The package features superior integrity with RoHS-compliant tin-plated terminations, compatibility with automatic insertion equipment, and meets MIL-STD-202 environmental test requirements including short-time overload (±0.25%), load life (±1.00%), and moisture resistance (±0.50%).
