The device operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a power rating of 1.00 watt at 70°C per package, and features a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO range) with ±2% tolerance. The component is RoHS compliant, compatible with automatic insertion equipment, and meets MIL-STD-202 environmental test requirements including load life (±1.00%), moisture resistance (±0.50%), and thermal shock (±0.25%), making it ideal for DRAM applications, SCSI termination networks, and other precision signal conditioning circuits.
