DESCRIPTION

The 4308R-102-100LF is an 8-pin isolated thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network manufactured by Bourns, featuring four isolated resistors of equal value with each resistor connected between two separate pins. This device is rated for 1.00 watt power dissipation at 70°C and operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V, with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for resistors between 50 O and 2.2 MO. The component incorporates a low-profile design compatible with DIPs and automatic insertion equipment, with a body material of Novolac epoxy and copper solder-coated lead frame. The tin-plated termination (LF suffix) provides RoHS compliance, and the device meets MIL-STD-202 environmental test requirements including short-time overload (±0.25%), load life (±1.00%), and moisture resistance (±0.50%). This resistor network is ideal for applications requiring multiple isolated resistor elements in compact form factors, such as SCSI termination, R/2R ladder networks, and DRAM applications.
