DESCRIPTION
The 4308R-102-122LF is an 8-pin isolated thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network manufactured by Bourns, featuring four isolated resistors of equal value connected between separate pins. This device incorporates a 1.2 kO resistance value with ±2% tolerance and is rated for 1.0 watt power dissipation at 70°C with derating to zero power from +70°C to +125°C. The resistor network exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C and a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 10,000 megohms minimum. The package features a low-profile design compatible with automatic insertion equipment and DIPs, with tin-plated (RoHS-compliant) lead termination and superior package integrity. Common applications include DRAM termination, SCSI applications, and R/2R ladder networks where matched resistor values and compact form factors are required.
