DESCRIPTION

The 4308R-102-222LF is an 8-pin isolated thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network manufactured by Bourns, featuring four isolated resistors of equal value connected between separate pins. This device incorporates a 2.2 kO resistance value with ±2% tolerance and is rated for 1.00 watt power at 70°C ambient temperature. The resistor network operates over a temperature range of +70°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C, and features a maximum operating voltage of 100 V with 10,000 megohms minimum dielectric withstanding voltage. The low-profile design provides compatibility with DIPs and automatic insertion equipment, while the tin-plated (RoHS compliant) termination meets MIL-STD-202 Method 208 solderability requirements. This component is ideal for applications requiring precision resistor networks in DRAM, SCSI, and R/2R ladder network circuits where space efficiency and reliability are critical.
