DESCRIPTION

The 4308R-102-512LF is an 8-pin isolated thick-film molded SIP resistor network manufactured by Bourns, featuring 5 isolated resistors of equal value with each resistor connected between two separate pins. This device operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a power rating of 1.00 watt at 70°C, derating to zero power from +70°C to +125°C. The resistors exhibit a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO range) with TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C, and meet MIL-STD-202 environmental test requirements including short-time overload (±0.25%), load life (±1.00%), and moisture resistance (±0.50%). The package features a low-profile design compatible with automatic insertion equipment and DIPs, with tin-plated (RoHS compliant) leads and a body constructed from Novolac epoxy that conforms to UL94V-0 flammability standards. This resistor network is ideal for applications requiring matched resistor arrays such as DRAM termination, SCSI networks, and R/2R ladder circuits where precision and reliability are essential.
