DESCRIPTION
The 4310R-101-104 is a thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring 10 bussed resistors of equal value, each connected between a separate pin. This low-profile design provides compatibility with DIPs and is compatible with automatic insertion equipment. The device operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a power rating of 1.25 watts at 70°C and 0.20 watts per individual resistor. It offers resistance values ranging from 10 ohms to 10 megohms with tolerance options of ±2%, ±1%, or ±0.5%, and features a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (50 O to 2.2 MO) with superior package integrity and RoHS compliance. These networks are widely used in DRAM applications, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks where multiple matched resistors are required.
