DESCRIPTION

The 4310R-102-222LF is a 10-pin isolated thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network manufactured by Bourns, featuring five isolated resistors of equal value connected between separate pins. This device incorporates 2,200 ohms resistance per element with ±0.5% tolerance, a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C, and a maximum operating voltage of 100 V. The package delivers 1.25 watts power rating at 70°C with derating to zero power from +70°C to +125°C, and meets MIL-STD-202 environmental test requirements including short-time overload (±0.25%), load life (±1.00%), and moisture resistance (±0.50%). The low-profile design provides compatibility with DIPs and automatic insertion equipment, while the tin-plated (RoHS compliant) termination and superior package integrity make it suitable for applications in DRAM, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks.
