The package delivers 0.20 watts per resistor at 70°C ambient temperature, with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C for resistances between 50 O and 2.2 megaohms. The low-profile design ensures compatibility with automatic insertion equipment and DIPs, while RoHS-compliant tin-plated terminations meet MIL-STD-202 solderability requirements. This configuration is ideal for SCSI termination, DRAM applications, and other high-reliability signal termination scenarios requiring matched resistor pairs.
