DESCRIPTION

The 4604X-101-103 is a thick-film conformal single-in-line package (SIP) resistor network featuring a bussed electrical configuration with 6 pins and 2200 ohms resistance value. This component incorporates 5 thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between a common bus (pin 1) and separate pins, with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The resistor network exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 meohms), insulation resistance of 10,000 meohms minimum, and dielectric withstanding voltage of 200 VRMS. The device is RoHS compliant, features a low-profile epoxy resin body compatible with DIP packages, and is rated for 0.75 watts at 70°C ambient temperature. Common applications include DRAM circuits, SCSI termination networks, and R/2R ladder networks where precision resistor arrays are required.
