DESCRIPTION

The 4605M-101-103LF is a thick-film conformal single-in-line package (SIP) resistor network featuring a bussed circuit configuration with equal-value resistors connected to a common bus. This device incorporates 10 kO resistors with a maximum tolerance of ±2% and operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C. The package delivers 0.75 W power rating at 70°C ambient temperature and features a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, with protective filtering voltage rated at 200 VRMS. The resistor network exhibits excellent environmental stability with insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum and conforms to UL94V-0 flammability standards. Common applications include DRAM circuits, R/2R ladder networks, and SCSI termination, where precision resistor matching and compact form factor are essential.
