DESCRIPTION

The 4608M-102-473LF is a thick-film conformal single-in-line package (SIP) resistor network featuring isolated resistor configuration with 8 pins and a resistance value of 47 kO. This medium-profile component incorporates multiple isolated thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between two pins, providing design flexibility for various circuit applications. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C, and an insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum. The package delivers 1.20 watts at 70°C ambient temperature and features RoHS-compliant Sn/Ag/Cu-plated terminations. These resistor networks are commonly used in DRAM applications, SCSI termination, R/2R ladder networks, and other precision filtering and signal conditioning circuits requiring conformal coating protection.
