DESCRIPTION
The 4608X-102-105LF is an 8-pin isolated thick-film conformal single in-line package (SIP) resistor network manufactured by Bourns. This device incorporates 4 isolated thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between two pins, with a resistance value of 1,000,000 ohms (1 megohm) and ±2% tolerance. The network operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, a dielectric withstanding voltage of 200 VRMS, and delivers 1.0 W power rating at 70°C ambient temperature. The package features a low-profile design compatible with DIP layouts, RoHS-compliant Sn/Ag/Cu-plated terminations, and an epoxy resin body with UL94V-0 flammability rating. This component is ideal for applications requiring isolated resistor networks in DRAM, SCSI, and other digital signal processing circuits where space efficiency and reliability are critical.
