DESCRIPTION
The 4608X-102-223LF is an 8-pin isolated thick-film conformal single in-line package (SIP) resistor network manufactured by Bourns. This device incorporates 4 isolated thick-film resistors of equal value (22 kO), each connected between two pins, with Sn/Ag/Cu-plated RoHS-compliant terminations. The resistor network operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C, and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 200 VRMS. The package has a maximum length of 20.27 mm (0.798 inches) and delivers 1.00 watt power rating at 70°C ambient temperature. This component is ideal for applications requiring precision resistor networks in compact form factors, such as DRAM applications, SCSI termination, and other digital signal processing circuits where space and reliability are critical.
