DESCRIPTION
The 4608X-102-331LF is an 8-pin isolated thick-film conformal single in-line package (SIP) resistor network manufactured by Bourns. This device incorporates 4 isolated thick-film resistors of equal 330 ohm value, each connected between two pins, with a standard ±2% resistance tolerance. The network operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, and features a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for the 50 O to 2.2 meohms range. The package has a maximum length of 20.27 mm (0.798 inches) and delivers 1.00 watt power rating at 70°C ambient temperature, with individual resistor power ratings of 0.30 watt. The device is RoHS compliant with Sn/Ag/Cu-plated terminations and is commonly used in DRAM applications, SCSI termination, and other precision signal conditioning circuits requiring isolated resistor networks.
