DESCRIPTION
The 4816P-1-471LF is a thick film surface mount resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors in a 16-pin SOM package with a power rating of 1.28 watts at 70°C. This device incorporates individual resistors with a resistance tolerance of ±2% for values from 50 ohms to 2.2 megohms, and a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50 ohms and above. The network operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with an insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum, and features RoHS-compliant lead termination with improved tolerance options down to ±0.5%. The 4816P-1-471LF is ideal for applications requiring multiple precision resistors in compact form factors, such as DRAM circuits, SCSI termination networks, and R/2R ladder networks, offering excellent reliability and automatic placement compatibility.
