DESCRIPTION
The 54CAD-E28-B13/P50L is a 1/2" (12.5 mm) panel control potentiometer with an integrated push-pull switch, designed for professional audio and test equipment applications. This model features a 7/8" flatted shaft with a 3/8" diameter bushing, linear taper with ±10% tolerance, and a resistance value of 5 kO. The potentiometer offers an effective electrical angle of 270° ±5°, contact resistance variation of ±2%, and absolute minimum resistance of 2 ohms maximum, with a dielectric withstanding voltage per MIL-STD-202 Method 301. The unit includes a DPDT push-pull switch, PC board terminals, splash seal, and metal bushing and shaft construction. It is RoHS compliant and commonly used in test and measurement equipment, communications equipment, medical diagnostic equipment, and professional audio systems where reliable, precise control is required.
