DESCRIPTION
The 6539S-1-502 is a precision potentiometer manufactured by Bourns, featuring a nominal resistance of 5,000 O with ±1% tolerance and servo mount configuration. It delivers essentially infinite resolution with excellent rotational life of 10,000,000 shaft revolutions and high-quality rugged construction suitable for general-purpose applications. Key electrical characteristics include ±2% independent linearity, 0.1% output smoothness, and 750 V dielectric withstanding voltage. Mechanically, the device offers continuous rotation with optional 340° stops, low starting and running torque of 0.40 N-cm maximum, and minimal shaft runout of 0.13 mm.
