The device features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 40 V with a maximum average forward rectified current of 300 mA at 55°C, delivering high current capability with low forward voltage characteristics. Key electrical parameters include a typical forward voltage of 0.47 V at 300 mA, a repetitive peak reverse current of 3 µA at 10 V, and a junction capacitance of 35 pF at 4 V reverse bias. The diode operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and features RoHS compliance and halogen-free construction.
