DESCRIPTION
CR0603-J/-000ELF is a thick film chip resistor designed for general-purpose applications in compact surface-mount designs. This 0603 package resistor features ±5% resistance tolerance and a power rating of 1/10 W at 70°C, with a maximum working voltage of 75 V and maximum overload voltage of 150 V. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of ±200 ppm/°C, and includes a three-layer termination process with nickel barrier for excellent solderability and leach resistance. The resistor is RoHS compliant and supplied in paper tape on 7-inch plastic reel packaging, making it suitable for automated assembly in consumer electronics, industrial control, and telecommunications equipment.
