DESCRIPTION
CRF2512-FZ-R003ELF is a high-power current sense chip resistor from the Bourns CRF Series, designed for precision current measurement in demanding automotive and industrial applications. This 2512-size (6432 metric) resistor features an ultra-low resistance value of 0.003 O with ±1% tolerance, high power density rated at 3 W at 70°C, and exceptionally low inductance of less than 5 nH. The device exhibits low thermal EMF of less than 40 µV/°C and operates reliably across a wide temperature range from -55°C to +170°C, with a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of ±50 ppm/°C. It is RoHS compliant and AEC-Q200 qualified for automotive applications, featuring Ni/Sn plating and tin-plated termination. The CRF2512-FZ-R003ELF is ideal for power supplies, stepper motor drives, and input amplifier circuits where precise current sensing and high reliability are essential.
