DESCRIPTION
CRM2512-JW-100ELF is a high-power thick film chip resistor engineered for current sensing, power supplies, stepper motor drives, and snubber applications in flyback power supplies. The device delivers a 1 watt power rating at 70°C with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +155°C, supporting resistance values from 47 milliohms to 1 megohm with tolerance options of ±1% and ±5%. Key electrical characteristics include a maximum working voltage of 954 mV for low resistance values (47–910 milliohms) and 200 V for higher resistance ranges, with insulation resistance exceeding 1000 megohms and a maximum rated current of 6 amperes. The resistor features a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm for most resistance ranges and demonstrates excellent stability under load life, thermal shock, and short-term overload conditions. Its RoHS-compliant construction and thick film technology make it ideal for demanding power management and current-limiting applications requiring high reliability and precision.
