DESCRIPTION
CRM2512-JW-102ELF is a high-power thick film chip resistor engineered for current sensing, power supplies, stepper motor drives, and snubber applications in power supply circuits. The device delivers a 1 watt power rating at 70°C with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +155°C, supporting resistance values from 47 milliohms to 1 megohm with tolerance options of ±1% and ±5%. Key electrical characteristics include a maximum working voltage of 954 mV for low resistance values (47–910 milliohms) and 200 V for higher resistance ranges, with insulation resistance exceeding 1000 megohms and a maximum rated current of 6 amperes. The resistor features a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm for most resistance ranges and demonstrates excellent load life stability with less than 1% resistance change after 1000 hours at rated voltage. This combination of high power handling, low resistance capability, and RoHS compliance makes it ideal for precision current sensing and power management applications.
