DESCRIPTION
PM06-47NJ is a 0603 chip inductor designed for high-frequency RF and wireless applications. It features an inductance of 47 nH (±0.3 nH @ 100 MHz) with a minimum Q factor of 45 at 800 MHz and a self-resonant frequency of 1800 MHz minimum, enabling excellent performance in high-frequency circuits. The inductor incorporates a non-magnetic core for stable electrical characteristics and a coated coil for mechanical and environmental protection, with a maximum DC resistance of 0.95 O and a rated DC current of 250 mA.
