DESCRIPTION
The PTVS10-170C-TH is a high-current, bidirectional TVS diode designed for overvoltage protection in AC line and high-power DC bus applications. It features a repetitive standoff voltage of 170 V and a typical breakdown voltage of 200 V. This device provides a low clamping voltage of 260 V when subjected to a 10 kA peak surge current with an 8/20 µs waveform. With a low maximum standby current of 10 µA and an operating temperature range of -55 to +125 °C, it offers robust and reliable protection for demanding power systems.
