DESCRIPTION

PWR220T-20-15R0J is a TO-220 DPAK style power resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick film on alumina ceramic technology. This 20 W rated resistor features a resistance value of 15 O with ±5% tolerance, low inductance of 0.1 µH maximum, and electrical isolation from the backplate for enhanced safety and performance. The device operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +155°C with a thermal resistance of 6.5°C/W, maximum operating voltage of 250 V, and a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 PPM/°C.
