DESCRIPTION

PWR220T-20-50R0F is a TO-220 DPAK style power resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick film on alumina ceramic technology. It features a 50 O resistance value with ±1% tolerance, a 20 W power rating at 25°C case temperature, and low inductance of 0.1 µH maximum. The resistor operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +155°C with a thermal resistance of 6.5°C/W and is electrically isolated from the backplate. It is designed for current measurement, snubber, bleeder, and discharge circuits, and is AEC-Q200 compliant and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for automotive and high-reliability applications.
