DESCRIPTION

PWR220T-20-R750F is a TO-220 DPAK style power resistor manufactured using thick film on alumina ceramic technology, designed for current measurement, snubber, bleeder, and discharge circuits. The resistor features a resistance value of 0.75 O with ±1% tolerance, a power rating of 20 W at 25°C case temperature, and a thermal resistance of 6.5°C/W. It operates across a temperature range of -55°C to 155°C with low inductance (0.1 µH maximum), dielectric strength of 2 kV AC, and an insulation resistance of 10 GO. The resistor is electrically isolated from the backplate, AEC-Q200 compliant, and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for automotive and industrial applications requiring high reliability and thermal performance.
